Our platform provides comprehensive analytics and tracking capabilities to help content creators understand and optimize their content performance in compliance with platform terms and applicable laws:

• Track video performance and analytics: Use our analytics dashboard to monitor real-time view counts, engagement rates, audience demographics, and performance trends across all your connected social media platforms to make data-driven content decisions and optimize your content strategy
• Monitor view counts and engagement metrics:Access detailed metrics including views, likes, comments, shares, and watch time across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X to understand which content resonates most with your audience and identify opportunities for growth
• Detect artificially gained views and engagement:Our advanced detection system identifies and filters out bot traffic, purchased views, and artificial engagement to ensure accurate analytics and maintain platform integrity for all users, in accordance with our Terms of Service and fraud prevention policies
• Analyze content performance across platforms:Compare performance metrics across different social media platforms to identify which platforms and content types generate the best results for your specific audience and content style, enabling strategic content distribution

Campaign Management

Clients and administrators can use our platform to create, manage, and optimize content campaigns in accordance with our Terms of Service and campaign guidelines:

• Create and manage content campaigns: Set up campaigns with specific requirements, budgets, timelines, and performance targets, and manage all aspects of campaign execution through our comprehensive campaign management dashboard, ensuring compliance with platform policies

Our platform integrates with major social media platforms to provide unified analytics and campaign management, subject to each platform's terms of service and API usage policies:

Creator-Client Collaboration

Our platform facilitates collaboration between content creators and clients through structured campaigns and transparent processes, all governed by our Terms of Service and campaign-specific agreements:

• Join client campaigns and bounties: Browse available campaigns, review requirements and compensation terms, and join campaigns that align with your content style and audience to earn rewards for your content, subject to campaign eligibility requirements
• Submit clips for campaign participation:Upload your content through our platform, where it will be automatically tracked, verified, and evaluated against campaign requirements to determine eligibility for rewards, ensuring compliance with campaign guidelines
• Track earnings and payment history: Monitor your earnings from all campaigns, view detailed payout breakdowns, track payment status, and access historical payment records for accounting and tax purposes, in compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Access campaign analytics and insights:View detailed performance metrics for your campaign submissions, understand how your content is performing, and receive insights to help optimize future content for better campaign results and increased earnings potential

Content Ownership

All content submitted through our platform must comply with intellectual property laws and ownership requirements:

• You must own or have rights to all content:You may only submit content that you own, have created, or have obtained proper authorization to use. This includes ensuring you have the right to grant us a license to use, display, and process your content through our platform
• Respect third-party intellectual property:You must not use copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property belonging to third parties without proper authorization. This includes music, images, video clips, logos, and other protected content
• Obtain proper licenses for copyrighted material:If you use copyrighted material (such as music, stock footage, or images), you must obtain appropriate licenses, permissions, or use royalty-free content that allows commercial use and distribution

Platform Compliance

Content must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of all platforms where it is distributed:

• Follow social media platform guidelines:Content must comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and any other platforms where your content is distributed through our campaigns
• Respect community standards: Content must meet community standards for decency, appropriateness, and respect for diverse audiences across all platforms and jurisdictions
• Comply with advertising policies: If content is used for advertising or promotional purposes, it must comply with applicable advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and regulations, including FTC guidelines for sponsored content
• Adhere to age-appropriate content rules:Content must be appropriate for the intended audience and comply with age-rating requirements, COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), and other age-related regulations

Quality Standards

We maintain quality standards to ensure a positive experience for all platform users:

• Ensure content is relevant and valuable:Content should provide value to viewers, be relevant to campaign objectives, and contribute positively to the platform's ecosystem and user experience
• Maintain professional standards: Content should be professionally produced, free from excessive technical errors, and maintain a level of quality appropriate for commercial distribution
• Provide accurate information: All factual claims, statistics, and information presented in content must be accurate, verifiable, and not misleading to viewers
• Respect user privacy and data: Content must not violate user privacy, include unauthorized personal information, or violate data protection laws such as GDPR or CCPA

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Spam or unsolicited content: Content that is repetitive, low-quality, or designed primarily to manipulate search algorithms or engagement metrics is prohibited, as it degrades user experience and platform integrity
• Misleading or deceptive information:Content that contains false claims, deceptive practices, misleading information, or attempts to defraud viewers is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
• Content that promotes discrimination:Content that discriminates against, stereotypes, or promotes hatred toward individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited and may violate civil rights laws

Enforcement Actions

• Allow reasonable investigation time: We investigate all reports thoroughly, which may take several business days. We will notify you of the outcome once our investigation is complete

Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal the decision:

• Submit appeal within 30 days: You must submit your appeal within 30 days of receiving notice of the enforcement action. Appeals submitted after this deadline may not be considered
• Provide additional context or evidence:Include any additional information, context, or evidence that was not previously considered and that may affect the enforcement decision
• Demonstrate compliance with policy: Explain how your content or behavior complies with our policies, or describe the steps you have taken or will take to ensure future compliance
• Accept final decision: Our appeal review process is final. Once we have reviewed your appeal and provided a decision, that decision is binding and not subject to further appeal

Legal Consequences

Serious violations may result in legal consequences beyond platform enforcement actions:

• Cooperation with law enforcement: We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into illegal activities conducted through our platform, including providing information and evidence as required by law
• Preservation of evidence: We may preserve account data, content, communications, and other evidence related to policy violations for use in legal proceedings or law enforcement investigations
• Legal action for serious violations: We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including seeking damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies, for violations that cause harm to our platform, users, or business interests
• Reporting to relevant authorities: We may report serious violations, including illegal activities, fraud, or threats to public safety, to relevant law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or other appropriate authorities
